Papaya Island is a beautiful island west of White Mountain with all the usual amenities and two very useful inhabitants, one who will travel to My City and open a Recycle Shop, and one who owns a very special part which they may be willing to part with. There is plenty of teammates here as well, you can play Fishing and Beach Flag here and race across around a lagoon (one of the prettiest race tracks, I think). If you can make the jump there is a house on an smaller island which is the gateway to Cloud Hill.
