How to get Stamp 20

Visit the fortune teller near the small temple in Fuji City.
Go up the cobblestone road with flags running down each side.
Turn right at the top (after the Quick Pic Shop) and enter the building with the brown sign, tucked away in the corner
Talk to the fortune teller inside and she will tell you your fortune.
