How to get Stamp 19

Hakosuke's house is in the southeastern part of Fuji City. It is blocked by a fence and some crates.
To reach his house, drive south towards the highway, turn left just before crossing the bridge and go through the gap in the fence.
Drive along the cliff edge until you reach a road. Follow the road round to his house
Enter the house and listen to his trumpet.
